Ultrafast tracking of the maximum power point (MPPT, for its acronym in English)

Loading

It can be avoided that the battery is excessively discharged by connecting all loads to the load output. This output will disconnect the load when the battery has been downloaded, when it reaches a pre-established voltage.

BatteryLife: Intelligent Battery Management

When a solar load controller is not capable of recharging the battery at full capacity in a day, what happens is that the battery cycle changes continuously between the "partially charged" and "final discharge" states. This mode of operation (without periodic full recharge) will destroy a lead-acid battery in weeks or months.

The batterylife algorithm will control the battery charge status and, if necessary, it will increase the level of disconnection of the load (that is, will disconnect the load before) until the solar energy collected is enough to be for Reload the battery until almost 100%. From that point, the level of disconnection of the load will be modulated so that a recharge is rearmed almost 100% around once a week.
