The DTX 200 can be towed up to 12 knots and will reach a depth of over 40 feet. It has a great trolling action as slow as 4 knots and will reach 40 feet even at slow speeds.

The other key feature of the Autotune system is the incredible depth of immersion that can be achieved. The system's ability to center itself perfectly on the dorsal each time means that the tow point can be designed to be as far back as possible from the dorsal, effectively just ahead of the point where the lure becomes unstable and will not swim. However, having the tow point as close to this “no swim point” as possible is what achieves maximum dive depth, but it can only be done with a perfectly centered tow point using the Autotune system.
