Description

What does the Pipi Devil offer us?

  • Multivariate swim. One of the characteristics of the Pipi Devil is its two front rings that allow you to hook the line at the tip or at the top. The movement of the lure changes completely depending on where we have hooked the line, which gives us a wide range of possibilities when it comes to animating it.
  • Casting capacity: Fly and fly... thanks to its 51g weight and its aerodynamic shape, the Pipi Devil is capable of reaching distances that are only within the reach of a few jigs.
  • Great resistance: The typical wire that ran through the entire lure forming the rings has been replaced by a steel plate with laser-drilled eyelets. It is a lure designed to catch whatever you throw at it.
  • Glossy finishes. One of the hallmarks of Jumprize lures is their spectacular chrome and shiny finishes, which quickly draw the attention of predators who hunt using their sight.

How to use the Pipi Devil?

Yuki inoue is characterized by giving life to his lures in rough seas where other lures lose control of swimming. Take a good look at his videos and you will see that he barely does jerks, simply with the linear collection he already has great captures. Your lures do 99% of the work themselves.

Depending on where we tie it, we will have two types of swimming:

Connecting the line on the front ring:

  • Quick pick-ups with the tip of the high rod : using it as a skipping with good stability even in rough seas and strong winds.
  • Linear pick-ups: With a linear pick-up, it will come down a span and with a marked wiggle from side to side.
  • Letting it sink: If we let it sink in deep areas, we can bring it to jerks with the tip of the low rod and it will come submerged doing the jogs that work so well with some fish such as amberjack or palometon.

Connecting the line to the top ring (above the head):

  • Letting it sink: We can let it sink in areas of considerable depth, both from the coast and from a boat, and recover it with a few small saw teeth. Every time we pull the lure, it will make some quite erratic and random movements, simulating the fall between pull and pull of a dying fish.
  • Twitching : Short, quick jerks with the rod tip low produce jerky motion in short snaps and change of direction. This movement of fleeing fish often provokes the reaction of nearby predators.
