Realis Popper 64 is strictly for business. Shoot accurately and reach your target effortlessly. Just choose your target and catch your fish. It's the 'run-n-gun', which makes it easy to fish for patterns.
Some have said that you can't get much better at the popper. We at DUO disagree.

Some have said that you can't get much better at the popper. We at DUO disagree.
While other companies spend their enthusiasm on the "skin" of the bait, DUO focuses on the internals. As we know, unfortunate impacts will occur with piers and rocky shorelines. It can wreak havoc on poppers, but the 64 was designed to meet this challenge. The Popper 64's wall thickness and internal bulkheads provide structural rigidity and durability.
The "pop" on the Realis topwater bait displaces more water with less rod action due to a fine angled edge - deflector. This means no more filing down a lip to make it take in more water. The multi-angle cup also helps aid the lure when walking the dog. Yes, this popper actually walks the dog very gently. Stop and open it sharply and it will push out a significant amount of water.
As simple as some poppers are, DUO decided on a more complex design. The R&D staff spent countless hours perfecting the action and static pitch of the lure. Many tournament participants stand close to the flat surface or sit at approximately 30-40 degree angles, releasing the hooks and extending the profile. DUO went in another direction. The Popper 64 rests close to vertical, giving it a more streamlined silhouette and no loss in linkage relationships. Wave action does not impede their gait or position and more of the body is submerged, exposing more lure to the fish.
Examine the back of most poppers and you'll notice that the end of the lure looks like the designer stopped. The tail region of Realis Popper 64 tapers aggressively. It has a sharp keel that flattens at the base. This helps "walk the dog." The area around the hook anchor is shaved back, giving the rear hook more clearance.
The sound chambers are more advanced than other JDM poppers. Sound can be generated equally and multidirectionally; unlike many top water baits that rely on a specific direction to maximize acoustics.
