To help preserve the structure of your hat, put on and take off the hat by holding the wing in front and behind. The top of your hat is more likely to crack.
When not wearing your hat, it is best to store it in a place that avoids direct sunlight or humid conditions. It is recommended to store it on a flat surface or on a string. You can carefully stack several hats.
It's best never to get your hat wet. If you get wet, use a clean cloth to dry your hat. Once you have removed most of the moisture from the hat, let it air-dry in a cool, dry place with good circulation.
If the wing of your hat begins to curve, you can flip the wing and move your hand around it in a circular motion until it retains its shape.
We recommend using a clean cloth to wipe off dust and small stains of dirt. For stains that are not easily cleaned, you can use a white artist's draft to gently remove dirt. Avoid colored erasers that could leave color on the straw.
