It is recommended to store it on a flat surface or hanging from a cord. Multiple hats can be neatly stacked.
It is best to never wet the hat. If it gets wet, use a clean cloth to dry the hat. Once you've removed most of the moisture from the hat, let it air dry in a cool, dry place that has good circulation.
If the brim of your hat begins to curl, you can flip the brim over and run your hand around it in a circular motion until it holds its shape.
We recommend using a clean cloth to wipe off dust and small dirt spots. For stains that don't wash off easily, use a white artist's eraser to gently remove dirt. Avoid colored erasers that could leave color on the straw.
