STRIKER 7cv includes a Garmin CHIRP (77/200 kHz) transducer, which provides a visibly higher level of clarity and detail on fish and structure than traditional 77/200 kHz transducers.

Instead of emitting a single frequency, CHIRP emits continuous sweeps of frequencies ranging in intensity from low to high, then interprets them one by one as they are received. Because the frequencies provide a broader spectrum of information, CHIRP sonar technology is able to create sharp fish arches with superior target separation.
