NAVICO After-sales Advantages

In this section we will relate the after-sales advantages that NAVICO offers in the Lowrance, Simrad and B & G brands, indicating the special characteristics of each of them. Do not miss the opportunity to benefit from them.

5 Year Upgrade - Renewal Plan

Key Features:

  • Navico and Distrimar take care of the consumer for 3 years after the end of the two-year warranty. This total period of 5 years is the so-called "service period"
  • Navico and Distrimar offer the user the possibility that, in the event that their equipment breaks down during the service period, the user can renew their equipment and thus upgrade to the renewed and improved technology.

Requirements:

  • The user must return a defective device within the service period of the Lowrance, Simrad or B&G brand. The brand of device you trade in determines the brand of device you can order in exchange. That is, if a SIMRAD is delivered, you can only get a SIMRAD. If you give up a Lowrance, you can only get a Lowrance. In both cases, it may be a model equal to, inferior to, or superior to the one delivered.
  • It is essential that the damaged device is less than 5 years old from the date of purchase by the user.
  • The renewal plan applicant must present the serial number of the damaged device in order for NAVICO to authorize the change. Those devices that present obviously intentional breakdowns will not be accepted.
  • Once the possibility of carrying out the renewal plan has been confirmed with NAVICO, up to 50% will be applied to the new device that the customer wishes on the rate price + taxes. This discount will be applied only to the screen, so the rest of the components and/or accessories that the customer requests will be invoiced at the usual price and discount (cables, supports, etc.)
  • The customer must deliver the damaged device in order to receive the new equipment. You must only deliver the damaged screen, and the customer can keep the cover, supports, cables, transducer, etc.

The discounts that will be applied can reach up to 50%. You should check with Distrimar what discount would be applied to your device.

EXAMPLE:

The client brings a broken 4-year-old Hook2 5" and asks to exchange it for an Elite 7Ti. He wants it with a cover and a support, but he will take advantage of the transducer, so he would be invoiced:

  • The Elite 7Ti with the discount for the renewed plan.
  • The cover and the support at the normal PVP less the usual discount that Distrimar has on offer at that time.

The offer is not cumulative with other offers that may exist.
